What to bring

Below are a few things that you will want to bring with you

2 x Spare Inner Tubes
Spare Derailleur Hanger specific for your bike (Very Important!)
Bring anything (within reason) that is unique to your bike as it will most likely not be available locally in the Alps or will be very expensive!
Helmet + any additional protective equipment.
Suitable Mountain Bike clothing (The weather here is very changeable during the summer months so please bring clothes for all conditions i.e. everything you would normally take on a cold wet ride in the UK).

and of course yourself for a great time!!!!
